Chef Tammy Brawley is the owner of The Green Kitchen. She is an amazing personal chef and she also teaches others how to cook delicious meals.
Tammy and I met at Starbucks to do her pre-branding consult. I was instantly taken with her. I loved her tattoos and Chef Tammy loved telling me their backstories. I was determined to incorporate them into her branding session. They help tell her personal story and that’s what potential clients want to connect with. They can buy personal chef services anywhere and we want them to buy from Chef Tammy!
I asked Chef Tammy to bring food that she would cook that was colorful and yummy! Since her logo has carrots, I asked her bring organic carrots with their tops still on them. These are some of my favorite images! Chef Tammy also brought her EAT letters. I studied chef images and saw that many have a white clean backgrounds so I started out session off with my just that. I wanted Tammy’s hair down for her Headshots because her hair is absolutely gorgeous and then it needed to be up for the rest of the time during her cooking shots. I also made sure to incorporate Chef Tammy’s branding colors – green and orange.
Chef Tammy was really excited to make this investment into business. 2017 is going to be her year to take it to the next level. Now Chef Tammy has a strong bank of images that she can chose from. I made sure to give her plenty of “negative” space so she could put in her events, quotes or anything else that she may want to convey.
L.A. Phipps is the wardrobe stylist. L.A. met with Chef Tammy ahead of time and selected her clothes. L.A. also brought linens and a great wooden bowl from Creme da la Creme. It all came together beautifully and I am proud of our results.
