Holly Markhoff is an amazing and talented figurative and abstract, contemporary fine artist! Holly’s work really resonates with me and I always make sure to see her work prominently displayed at the Crossroads Art Center.
Holly wanted to update her branding images with new beautiful art that she created. I was so excited to have her big, impressive art in my studio. I joked with her that she was going to leave it all with me. Holly show in many galleries across the East Coast.
We used other historical artists as inspiration for Holly’s branding portraits. I asked Holly what she was drawn to and she named some of her favorite artists. It was fun to look at the images together and then make it completely unique for Holly. It is really cool what a little bit of inspiration can do for my creativity.
Holly wanted to portray joy, enthusiasm and confidence in her images. She is a well accomplished and respected artist and Holly wanted to make sure her joy came through!
Holly like most of clients was still nervous about having her Branding Images done. We have so many voices in our head and sometimes we let those get to us versus listening to the louder voice to get this done. I totally understand it and I too have had those negative voices bouncing around in my head. I am patient, compassionate, confident that my clients will love their final images. It will all be okay.
