EXECUTIVE BRANDING Session Process
step One: Consultation with Kim
We’ll discuss your goals for the executive branding session: what do you want to achieve with the images? We’ll also discuss the ideal process. Having worked in corporate America before becoming a professional photographer in Richmond, Virginia, I know the challenges of coordinating busy people’s schedules! We’ll also discuss during our consultation how many people will be featured in the photographs, whether you want to use my studio or have me come to your office.
step two (OPTIONAL): wardrobe stylist consultation
Depending on your goals, one of our stylists will visit with you to help you pull together different looks and accessories to bring to the photo shoot. You’ll spend about an hour with the wardrobe stylist, which is the perfect amount of time for this important consultation. (If you want to spend more time with the stylist, or have the stylist go shopping with you, you can negotiate directly with the wardrobe stylist.)
Step three: EXECUTIVE branding session prep
Whether we host the executive branding session in my studio or at your office, a professional hairstylist will style your hair to your preferences. Our dream team will get you camera-ready all while still looking like your natural, beautiful self.
Step Four: Portrait Session
I will give you guidance on the poses that will look best for your body and personality. Every session is customized according to your goals.
Step FIVE: Portrait Review
About two weeks after your executive branding session, I will send you a link to review your images from the comfort of your office! Let me know which photos you select and in about two weeks I’ll send you another link to download your images for use!
step six: share your EXECUTIVE brandING IMAGES!
Place your new images on your website, LinkedIn profile and other social media channels. I can also provide suggestions on how to best leverage your new images. That way you begin immediately to get a return on your important investment!

Time is money. I am a Six-Sigma Black Belt and have worked as an executive in large corporations. My shoots are well-run to achieve great images with little “down time” for your team. I also can provide hair, makeup and wardrobe services to make your team feel comfortable and confident having their photos taken.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
If you select your photographer based on price, you may be disappointed. The reason my services are often slightly higher than others is because I’ve spent years working with corporate and executive clients. I know that they often don’t like their picture being taken and that time away from work is lost revenue. I provide a a 5-star experience so my clients consider the time being photographed is worth it: in the experience and in the final product. So I account for the necessary preparation and logistics, along with only working with highly professional hair, makeup and wardrobe artists. My clients expect the best, and they get it when they work with me. That’s why I have so many 5-star reviews.

CAVEATS
Payment terms: I ask for 100% upfront on my services, which allows me to commit my time to you and begin the pre-work necessary for you to have an amazing experience and set of images. Also, I engage my “Dream Team” to begin working on your behalf. In other words, there is a lot of pre-work that goes into your session! Hence my asking for 100% upfront. I also do charge sales tax for my services. (Sorry! The government requires me to do so.)
Cancellations: You can cancel your service up to 7 business days of the appointment and get a refund, minus any credit card payment fees/other fees incurred.
Rescheduling: Let me know at your earliest convenience if you need to reschedule your session. We’ll settle on a new day/time that works for us.
Single Headshot/Anchor Image Session Pricing: Most of my headshots are done during my Headshot Parties, which I offer multiple times during the year. But if the timing for the Party doesn’t work for you, we can schedule a session at my studio. There is a small price increase for having a dedicated session with me, bringing the price to $545.00.
Additional Options: I try to bundle all my costs into one fair price for you to keep it easy for you. (Nobody likes to be nickeled and dimed.) With that said, many of my clients like to add additional services. We’ll go over additional options during the time of booking, but here are a few that many of my clients like to add:
Additional images (beyond what you’ve paid for): $200 per image
Additional subjects in the photos (such as business partners): $750 additional per person
On location: A flat rate of $325 for locations in the Richmond metro area
