5 Locations to Have Your Branding Session in Sarasota

My husband and I are full-time RVers, and during the “snowbird” phase of the year, we “fly south” to Sarasota, Florida, to enjoy the sunshine while the rest of the country scrapes ice from their car windshield and shovels snow.
I love living in the sunshine, and I’ve also discovered some amazing locations down here that lend themselves perfectly to branding photo shoots. It’s made it fun to work in the wintertime and given my clients a nice excuse to escape the cold and fly down for a photoshoot with me.
Here are five locations that would be perfect for YOUR next branding photo shoot. I’ve broken them down into interior and exterior options so we can choose the perfect “space” for your unique branding needs.
Interior Options:
1.) Studio G Home - This is a beautiful interior design firm with so many flexible options for incredible branded photos. It just so happens that I know the owner, and her last name is also Brundage! In a totally “small world” moment, we met Gail and her husband Scott when we were workamping in Estes Park, CO. They invited us to come to Sarasota for the winter, and we were excited to do so.
Gail has a beautiful living wall to play with. I love the way she decorates and presents her studio. She is also working on a second location that will be opening soon that we can also play with.
2.) Peerspace.com - Short-term and business rentals have grown in popularity in the past several years, and Peerspace is a great place to rent a home or a studio to do your branding session. The possibilities are endless and I’m confident that we can find one that fits your brand style.
3.). Co-working Spaces - If your brand is defined by a more “business casual” vibe, there are many co-working spaces in Sarasota to fit your branding style. I love photographing in co-working spaces because they make great environmental backgrounds. Most likely, we would do your branding session on a Friday afternoon, when there are the least amount of people co-working in the space.

4.). Siesta Key Beach - Who doesn’t love the Beach? You probably do, and there’s a good chance your clients do too.
Siesta Key Beach is a great option if you want to connect with your ideal clients around that love. I am never disappointed with branding photos taken at the beach, and it’s always great to have some images that invite someone to learn more about who you are personally.
This beach is extra special. It’s been consistently voted the best beach in North America! It has gorgeous, snow-white, powdery sand that beckons you to take a barefoot stroll while you breathe in the salt air. Everyone I’ve ever taken there finds it a restorative experience.
5.). Shelby Gardens - These are stunning gardens, which is why they’re a popular wedding destination. They’re also the perfect place for your next shoot if stunning outdoor shots suit your brand. There is a nominal fee, but it’s worth it, given the beauty and private access we would have.
You can tell I love this area, and I know you will too. Why not take a break and head south for some sunshine and your next brand photoshoot? Not only will you end up with some of the best photos you’ve ever taken, but since it’s technically a “business trip,” you can probably write it off on your taxes next year!
