I combed Instagram for dancers and other performers to see who I could get to join us for our Creative Play weekend. I reached out to Holly, who has an impressive IG account and was available on a Sunday afternoon. Holly asked if she could bring her friend Sydney, who she sometimes performs with.

During our time together, Holly coached Sydney on a move with one of the flags and told Sydney she just had to believe she could do it. This struck me as the best advice for life. If we ‘believe’ we can do it, then we can. Having the courage to ‘believe’ is the first step to fully believing. It’s crazy how the shift in energy makes all the difference.

Holly and Syndey brought different outfits and flags for props. It was so cool to see what they could do and how they turned their bodies into art.
